my name is miriam and i have been diagnosed with chronic logorrhea . i love PEOPLE! i love LOVE! my most dominant love languages are quality time and physical touch, so let's hang out and i'll give you a hug! for those of you who are not into quality time or getting physical, don't worry. i am fluent in all 5 love languages - i definitely take whatever lovin' i can get!
now that i've made myself sound desperate, i just gotta say that i am not always sure of myself. but really who is fully sure of themselves? i'd like to think i am a kind person, or a confident one. i would like to think that i am an intellegent person. i know a lot of random stuff, a little bit about everything. you know, one of those who is kind of good at everything, but not great at one thing in particular. you can thank my parents for this - my mother being the musical one and my dad being the all-around know-it-all. i love to eat, and i blame this on my parents as well. "i have many leather bound books, my apartment smells of rich mahogany..." (guess who)
i love Jesus Christ with every fiber of my being - after all these years, i am still trying to figure out how this love would be embodied, but i am learning. i would do anything to show others this same love, peace and safety that i find with following Jesus, the most notorious Revolutionary and the greatest Humanitarian known to man!
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.†-M. Williamson
