I checked the status of my mailed return today. Looks like it is being processed. I am sure the IRS will be contacting shortly to ask why I have the right to claim Justina on my taxes. Thank goodness ...

I sent out my paper tax returns this morning. Guess we'll just wait & see what happens next, I have a feeling it will all work out in my favor though

Well great news on the tax front. I called the IRS this morning.All I have to do is mail my paper return in. The IRS will contact me & ask me to prove Justina lives with me and lived with me in 2008, ...

Ok, so I think I made it prety clear in my last email to Bob that I'd be claiming Justina on my tax return this year, seeing how I have over 5k in unpaid medical bills for the kids that he hasn't help...
