About Me

"Echoik" is the dream-child of Lysa Denton. At 12 years old Lysa started taking her first steps to becoming an artist by creating beats with the limited technology she had. Finally at 23 years old she has comprised all of her talents into one package that she has named "Echoik". Lysa is currently living in Portland, Oregon. She hopes to continue her education in the near future and has aspirations of becoming a Police Officer. "Echoik's" fan base in the Portland area is gaining ground. Lysa's music has been described as "neo hip-hop"; a little abstract, a little trip-hop, and mixed with an organic hip-hop flavor. Lysa demonstrates a passion for true lyrics of the heart that speak of her experiences as a child and new challeges as an adult. Lysa is very passionate about her music, and has a determination for everyone to listen.
