(B-Rob)I was born and raised in Braddock, Pa and every since I was young God gave me a gift and passion for music. I have a strong and varied background in music acquired through life experience, education and life long interest in music. My background in music started at the age of four where I picked up my first instrument a drum set. At the age of eight I started playing for my church ..Clark Memorial Baptist church.. in homestead, PA. I..ve been a drummer there for eleven years.
Throughout those years I picked up other instruments such as the piano, saxophone, bass guitar, lead guitar, organ, bass clarinet. I realize that I can play all these instruments and thought why not put them together so that..s when in the seventh grade I started producing my first group called ..the click... After producing the click I grew to start producing other artist around the Pittsburgh area, Virginia, Atlanta, Memphis, and New York. I began playing the bass clarinet in the 4th grade, than I began the saxophone in the 5th grade. I..ve played in the schools concert and jazz band from the 4th to 11th grade. Besides playing in school and in different church concerts, I also played in a reggae band for three years. We played in Pittsburgh, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. In the band I played the bass most of the time and then sometimes the drums or the keyboard depending on which song and who..s there. Throughout my years of producing I..ve also won talent shows and battles I..ve entered.(Just-Ice)My initial induction into music into music began at age 12, when I picked up my first instrument (clarinet). At age 14, I picked up the alto sax. Throughout those years, I..ve performed in concert, orchestra, jazz bands, throughout junior high and high school in the Woodland Hills School District.
I wanted to expanded musical talents outside of school. So, I ventured in picking up the keyboard and the drums. At age 15, I became a drummer of the Apostolic Faith Church in Swissvale, PA (recently located to Rankin, PA). At about the age of 18, I partnered up with, long-time friend, Brandon Robinson (B-Rob). It was then when I caught onto various recording procedures and methods. I t was also then when I decided to become a producer of music. By becoming a producer, I was able to utilize all my musical talents. Brandon and I formed a production team called BR & JI Productions (B-Rob & Just-Ice Productions). Since then, we..ve linked up with various individuals and artist forming the label Diligent Muzik. As a label, we..ve been networking and searching for ways of elevating to national level in the music industry.Education and Training:(B-Rob)..
