I’m just as confused as the rest. Just as curious. Just as scared. I like the idea of leaving this world knowing I contributed. I believe the greatest reward in life is knowing you made someone happy, or at least happier. I know that is sappy and cliche. I don’t really care. I believe everything happens for a reason. I believe you can learn from any experience. I believe you can never really plan for the future…but I still do. I don’t know the answers and I don’t pretend to. The older I get, the more tangible mortality becomes. Life is too short to be unhappy. Life is too short to waste too much time…but I love sleeping in late and watching the same movies over and over til I can quote them and mouth the words as they play. They still make me laugh. It doesn’t take much to make me happy. It doesn’t take much to fascinate me. I love (most) bugs. My heaven is an eternity reading books or painting pictures, with Frank crooning quietly in the background… I learn more each day. What I learn more and more is how much there is to know and how much I will never get a chance to know. I have favorite words. I name my cars.
