Urzel Bob!!!! this is the page of a Mad Bloodclatt Yout from Yad! born in some part of Jamaica, the yout made it to New York where he's known for having the biggest Spliff in town. he's wanted in many states, they say one time the police was chasing him and he turned around and hit the officer with the spliff. due to the weight,and the length of the spliff,he knocked the officer out. the police said he was armed and Meadlly. The officer hade minor wounds, redness of the eye's, giggling,and the munchi's.As for the Yout he could be some where building a spliff somewhere takine his high to another level.
