Aaron Barry is an up and coming singer songwriter from London Ontario. After cutting his teeth with pop-punk and metal bands throughout his teens playing venues across south western Ontario Aaron has settled on the bare bones of acoustic guitar and voice.
After playing with numerous bands, including classic rocks bands, metal bands Aaron grew to appreciate all styles of music. After forming pop punk darling band Efendi in 2000 with best friends Mark and Michael Godfrey, Aaron gained experience in live performance, songwriting and showmanship, however, due to post secondary careers, in 2006 Efendi played their last show.
With influences ranging from power pop gods MxPx to prog rock phenomenon Coheed and Cambria, acoustic sweethearts Dashboard Confessional to emo pioneers Taking Back Sunday, there is a little something for everyone. The songs, being basic, simple chords and melodies, touch hearts and sing of real life, relationships and love.
With Aaron's trademark vocal style, mellow guitar and true life lyrics, he hopes everyone can appreciate his music.
