Il progetto NA-SA nasce alle falde del Vesuvio. Il nome non è altro che l’autostrada che parte da Napoli ed arriva a Salerno passando tra le numerose meraviglie del sud: Napoli - Vesuvio - Mare ed Isole - Ercolano - Pompei... tutto ciò che influenza quotidianamente i musicisti del progetto. Registrando in presa diretta ore di lisergiche Jam, il gruppo estrapola "embrioni sonori" da cui trae la linfa vitale per la composizione. La prima esperienza discografica è stata l’inserimento del brano "stelle" nella compilation "1999 Onda D’Urto" cui hanno partecipato musicisti del calibro dei 99Posse, Almamegretta,Frankie Hi-NRG, Casino Royale, Subsonica..., edita dalla novenove e ditribuita BMG. Il disco d’esordio dei NA-SA "Filtri Invisibili", edito dalla Cinenova-Cinevox e distribuito Self, è un viaggio nelle esperienze maturate nel corso del tempo, fin dall’esordio del gruppo, raccogliendo 14 brani che si caratterizzano per tonalità acustiche e mistiche atmosfere che si intersecano con i noise analogici amalgamati sui toni suadenti e personali della voce di Marianna. Da segnalare la partecipazione al Fringe Festival di Firenze e tour in tutta la penisola. Dopo numerosi concerti il gruppo decide il progetto per il secondo disco "Ecologic". Rispetto al disco d’esordio, incentrato principalmente su un mix elettro-acustico più orientato nell’elettronica, questo secondo lavoro predilige il lato acustico-spirituale rivolgendo uno sguardo profondo sulla natura che ci circonda. Il disco è stato registrato al Dhara Studio - Torre del Greco, mixato e masterizzato al Black Channel da Blob. Al quale rivolgiamo una immensa gratitudine per la sua grande disponibilità tecnica ed umana.ENGLISH NA-SA project came together on the slopes of mount Vesuvius. The Idea was to form a base where various musicians could meet, play and experiment in a continuous search for new sounds. Instead of "writing" songs, the group first records hours and hours of live lysergic jams, from which they than extract tiny "sound embryos" which become the life force of their new compositions. The group’s first record to be released was the track "stelle" which appared on the novenove compilation, distributed by BMG "1999 Onda D’Urto". This was followed by the first NA-SA album "Filtri Invisibili" released by Cinenova-Cinevox and distribuited by Self Distribution.Here, fourteen tracks plot a musical voyage through the experiences of the group from the moment they came together.Acoustic moods and mystical atmospheres coil around analogical sounds, accompanying and highlighting the unique allure of Marianna’s voice.After numerous concerts the group decides the plan for according to disc "Ecologic". Regarding the disc of debut, centralized mainly on mix a oriented elettro-acoustic more in the electronics, this according to job it prefers the acoustic-spiritual side turning a deep look on the nature that it encircles to us.
