Dying Spirit was created in autumn 2004 by Lukasz, Michal and Damian. Maciek joined us a little bit later and finally, we decided to carry on with playing as Dying Spirit. In Spring 2005 we started to perform with a new vocalist – Maciek. For the next seven months, our band created a long set which was recorded only once during the Second Alternative Music’s Festival in Ujscie. After summer 2005, one year from the band creation, Maciek (bass) and Michal (guitar) left the band and soon so did Maciek.Dying Spirit came with a new ‘generation’ heh… Two new people: Kacper (guitar) and Tomek (bass) joined us so we decided not to play the old stuff but create a new material.
There was one new warrior more :P Maciek ( the third ) supported us with his voice and once again, our crew became a five-person team. In this shape, we survived the following year. Spirit released its first album called REBIRHT for the sake of the new team and fresh music.
We stayed a little bit out of the technical death metal image and introduced some grind and extreme stuff.Winter 2006 – Damian was forced to leave the band and was replaced by another Maciek :P. This time it was our mate from a friendly group –HAILSTORM. Soon after that, Kacper took up the vocal and Maciek left the band.At the moment, we’re preparing for spring concerts and keep composing, open for every kind of cooperation. Since Kacper's leaving, the Spirit has been creating the new fresh material with a bit different note from the previous one. However, we've been suffering from the lack of vocalist and suddenly, in february 2008 the help called Dawid BOCHEN Bochenski appeared like the fuckin' bolt from nowhere :P The show goes on...
