Well, where to start ...
I was born ago with Sturge-Weber-Syndrome, a congenital disorder that is mainly characterized by distinct (mainly facial) birthmarks, but also other neurological symptoms. It manifests differently in different people. Most of the people have epileptic seizures too, but luckily I've never had any. Instead of having epileptic seizures I have a glaucoma in my left eye, which isn't all that much better, but it's under control and it doesn't affect me that much.
I earned my nickname for dyeing my hair red at one point and my best friend said, I`d look like the Sams, a red-haired children's fantasy character in Germany, who has magical blue dots on its face. He thought it's funny and so he mixed it with my real name, Anne-Marie. But all my friends and family call me just Anne, so you can do that too.
I love being .., painting, reading good books, watching good movies and TV shows, listening to good music, meeting my friends, chocolate and improving my English skills, especially with reading English books and watching English movies and TV shows.
I hate asparagus, people who post inappropriate things on message boards or are mean, being pitied by others and not finding the right words in English. I want to be fluent someday, so you're invited to chat with me if you wanna help me! ;)
