GUS ROD was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1979.
He started playing guitar at the age of 12.
He moved to Miami in 1994 and, in 1998, he joined punk rock outfit The Getback as lead guitarist, playing in the local scene and all over Florida for 6+ years.
In 2004, he started a project called Hermanos de Sangre with three old Argentinian friends, playing straight up rock and roll heavily influenced by The Stones, and sharing the stage with some of Argentina's leading rock and roll bands.
In 2006, he decided it was time to move on to bigger and better things, so he relocated to Los Angeles, where he continues writing new material, as he gets ready to let his sound be heard all over the city.
