He is a keyboardist/vocalist and songwriter with a voice often compared to that of Sting, John Mellencamp and Don Henley. David’s musical endeavors have taken him from the small town pubs of the Tri-cities, to the larger venues of South Carolina and Nashville, TN.He has produced and engineered albums for other bands ranging from R&B to Rock to Gospel, and has recorded on many projects while logging countless hours in some of the better studios in the southeast.David has also been introduced into a unique circle of musicians that includes John Tesh, Brent Bourgeois of Bourgeois Tagg, and marketing director, Tony Smith. He has written and copyrighted over 40 recorded songs, some of which have been used on other bands projects, and has two commercial jingles to his credit. In 1989, David wrote "Here in the Dark" which received some local radio airplay. Most recently he has been working in his new home studio writing and rewriting songs to compose a new album and doing radio jingles for local businesses. He has also been a member of ASCAP since 1998 and co-owns Backroom Recording Studio with his wife, Tessa.
