Well a little about me :-)I've learned that you don't always have to be with someone to be happy -- because life truly is what you make of it. I also believe that you must be honest with yourself before you can be honest with others...I don't believe in "pretending" to like or love someone when you don't. I don't use people or do things for people for personal gain...although that doesn't seem to stop people from doing it to me.
I'm a single mom of 3 beautiful kids...who I love with all my heart...They come first in my life no matter what :-) I am very protective of my family and friends.
I love learning new things and meeting new and interesting people...which at times is difficult being a single mom.
I'm back in college again and loving it :-) Currently working towards an A.S. Degree in Computer Administration [Hardware/Software], as well as, a degree in Teacher Assisting. I would like to one day work in the school system.
I'm very open and honest about things. This is especially important in relationships...where secrets can destroy the relationship before it starts.
I am really happy when I can be helpful to someone. Just making a difference in someones life, even if for just a short time -- is so important and makes me feel incredibly happy :-)I am a complicated person in that I am very shy at first and can come off very rough around the edges, but deep down I'm all heart.
I never take for granted the simple things in life...a beautiful sunset, a gorgeous flower, a walk on a moonlite beach..Never forget the Earth's natural beauty...You may never live to see it restored to its original beauty.

I also LOVE photography. I take pictures constantly of anything and everything. I truly miss the winters/foliage of New England. For that reason I will never truly be Florida girl...although I must admit Winters down here can't be beat, nice gorgeous cool weather and beautiful sunshine...!!Although at times I feel that Florida only really has 3 seasons, hot, hotter and hotest :-)I have gorgeous photos from a winter-covered bridge at Kent Falls..and can't wait until I can go back up to visit.
