I like beer. Nothing beats a tall cold glass of draft beer on a Louisiana summer day...MMmmmnn!!! I like to drink beer, hang with my peeps, and listen to cool music on any given day. I like to go to bed early on worknights because I think 7-8 hours of sleep is imperative for a good morning. I don't drink whiskey if I'm drinking wine. I like Southern Comfort and Maker's Mark, but lately I've been on a Wild Turkey kick. I work with the intellectually challenged, so I get wonderful karma from watching them learn and succeed in everyday activities. I've never really lived any other place than in Southern Louisiana....so I know I am completely unaware of the cooler things in life outside the boot. I love music....if you don't know me already, then you should know my favorite band is The Mars Volta. I really like The Talking Heads and The Cure too. I hate Nickelback and Fallout Boy and shitty stuff like that, pretty much any new so called rock that major labels spit out for us to vomit at while listening to. I like SNL re-runs and eating salads with feta cheese. I enjoy making people laugh. Humor can get you through alot of life's hardballs. I hate that I'm from the same state as Britney Spears.....major let down for Louisiana, in my opinion. For some reason I find Latino men to be extremely attractive. I know what you're thinking..."OMG she dates the guys that hang out in front of The Home Depot". Well you can think that if you want, but I like them to be taller than me and I like them to have passports so we can visit their countries of origin. Actually, I'm slowly getting over the Latino craze....I am just attracted to people with hella mad style and hardcore culturally rooted values....(Very few and far between down here in the dirty dirty). I'm starting to ponder if there is a super stellar equal out there for me....Not at all trippin bout it. Nonetheless, I enjoy living the single life.....Who wants to be tied down at 26 while living large in New Orleans??? Do you know how much drinks cost here??? I work for a non-profit, honestly, I can't afford to not be single.. I'm extremely diverse and often times misinterpreted by many....I pride myself on being above the norm....Normal sucks!! I think tatoos are cool. I'm kinda over piercings, I've had 7 and removed them all, they leave scars. That sucks!!! I only tan in the sun, I think paying 50 bucks a month to look orange is dumb. I like vintage tees and cutoff capri's. I'm a big fan of antique glass Mardi Gras beads...its like the black gold of New Orleans!! I like dreads, but I'm too scared to go that long without washing my shit. I like rainbows and waterfalls. I like to ride in my car with the windows down and the system up. My number one goal is to save enough chedda to spend a few weeks in Costa Rica with my bff, C Murda. She's the hippest gal I know. She's the only person who has an ear for the exact same types of music as me....swear, the only person I've ever met at least. When she moved to Costa, a part of my soul left as well. Oh, and I like mangoes and skittles. And I have an unconditional love for the sport of gymnastics....Competed for like 10 years....I consider the flexibility factor an asset..Enough already......
