My name is Sondang Sinambela, originally from Indonesia. I'm taking Biology in Thailand right now, waiting for my coming graduation weekend, which will be held on May 2008. Yeah, I'm grateful for that since my education will be done soon. God is good. All the time. Amen to it.
I have been contemplating about life. I don't know exactly what I want to do because for my whole life, I'm following what my parents want. I'm trying to accomplish their expectation, which is pretty challenging. To me, life is a blessing that I cannot count how much my Heavenly Father has given me the opportunity to witness His Godliness in my life. He blesses my family as well. Without my family, I believe that I will be nothing. Not forgetting another important factor, which is my friends. All of my parents are also blessings, and they are parts of my life. Without them, I might not be able to face my daily life in the environment where my family is away from me. I love them all. I really appreciate them. And I don't want to lose them.
I'm in love right now. Thinking of leaving this campus is kinda sad because this is my second home. Like what old folks always say, there is time to meet, and there is time to separate. Everything is set up by Him. There is time for happiness and sadness. I guess this is a delayed happiness since I have to leave my second home, Thailand.
After my graduation, of course I will have more responsibilities. I have only two options; either start to work and earn my own money, or continue my study abroad. Well, I'm eager to work, but thinking about the compromise that my parents and I had, I think continuation of my study will be the next option.
I will be a night person when holiday comes. Life is so irregular, but love it sometimes, but hate it when I have nothing to do. My life is all about sleeping, eating, going out to hang out, watching movie, washing clothes, and ironing clothes, and talking to the girls about childhood life.
Right now, I'm laying down on my bed, wondering why I don't sleep this time, maybe because I just got excited to edit my profile at myspace since I did not opened it for months. I'm listening to a song now; its title is Home by Michael Buble. This song really suits me. I wanna go home, but I also wanna stay here longer. What does it mean? I believe you know what I mean. Sometimes in life, there is a paradox that I just don't understand. At one side, I wanna go home, but at another side, I wanna stay.
This song reminds of an individual, who is special to me.
