About Me
Born in 1984 (which is also a really good book) in Uppsala, Sweden. I have moved around quite a lot, mostly in the western parts of Sweden. Have lived in big cities as well as the country side. One summer, sixteen years ago, I lived in the very north of Norway, where the mainland touches the Arctic Sea. Quite an experience I would say. Loved the nature very much, it touched me deeply.
Even though my life has been a tough one, I have managed it through music. That's something, along with nature and all the inspirering people in my life, I truly couldn't live without. That has made me reflect over my life, lead me into deeper thoughts, made me more mature, or at least got to know me in a way, that I probably wouldn't have, without all my experiences in life.
I consider myself to be an open-minded person, considerate, engaged, outgoing, thoughtful, calm, loyal, honest, adventurous and pretty optimistic! I'm not so much in for fighting and winning discussions, prefer sharing insights with other people, listen to their deeper thoughts, or just having a good laughter!
The music that I listen to is mostly progressive rock, different types of rock/metal, folk, blues, jazz and world music (like celtic and native indians). Some of my favourite groups are: Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, Peter Gabriel, Blackfield, Marillion, Sting, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Yes, Pain of Salvation, Rage Against the Machine, Nine Inch Nails, Katatonia, Anathema, Opeth, Sigúr Ros, Tori Amos and Secret Garden.
Freedom is a keyword in my life. Love the feeling you get when you're heading off somewhere, seeking for adventures, to be out in the wild of nature and feel the very essence of life.
Four years ago I lived in The Åland Islands, Finland, where I was studying nature- and outdoor photograhy (one of two existing educations in the world). Now I study ecology at the university of Skövde. My life is filled with a lot of sweet friends, music, concerts, great outdoors and climbing! I love my life =)
