Trouts of the Trauntide

It's hard to say when the Trouts of the Trauntide were founded because two of us, our frontman and our lead-guitarist began in summer '04 to met and jam a little bit. After a while, the bassist and the 3rd guitarist joined because they were playing in school together with the singer. So it was clear, we wanted to start something different, a band with 3 guitars. But now the problems started when we were searching for a drummer. After a while we met our present drummer Andy and a short conversion about the music we want to make we started to write our first songs. We all agreed that the music that we love is about to die in this young fast culture...so we decided that the music we're going to present the world should keep alive the heritage of bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, The Who, Chuck Berry and other legends....in july 2005 we had our first rehearsal....
