Born in Hamburg in 1975. A selftaught guitarist and drummer, he started his studies of the Flamencoguitar under the supervision of one of Germany's leading Flamenco-Guitarists, Jan Hengmith, in 1992 ............................................................ .......................................................After some years of studying Jazz-Guitar he perfected his skills as a Flamenco-Guitarist in Paco Peña's Flamenco-Guitar-Program of the Conservatory of Rotterdam from which he graduated with a Bachelor in 2006, at the Fundación Christina Heeren, Sevilla and attending masterclasses by Manolo Sanlúcar, Manolo Franco, J.A.Rodriguez and Juan Manuel Cañizares ............................................................ .......................................................In recent years, Max has accompanied many acknowledged flamenco artists such as Belén Fernández, David Pino, José Parrondo, Ángel Muñoz and Daniel Navarro, at festivals, concerts and workshops in the Netherlands and abroad.
