About Me
In a moment of philosophic lucidity Wade writes;
Observations and Revelations
The words are lying on the page like dead soldiers waiting to be resurrected.
Using words to fill the voids created by sorrow
unleashes my constipated mind.
Trying to describe my thoughts and feelings about certain subjects and the stance I maintain on them can sometimes make me sound inconsiderate or like an obstinate ass. It’s hard to convey thoughts and feelings properly without insulting someone else’s opinions or viewpoint; I think everyone can agree on that to some extent. I also admit that in the course of dissecting the written word I can come to the wrong conclusion and get on a soapbox for no reason. I thrive on introspection because I feel that if we don’t try and understand the world around us we become vulnerable to the misconduct of others.
There may be a certain amount of paranoia in that to some people but for me it is an awareness I wish to maintain and better understand. I worked in high intelligence areas while in the military and I know how people are spoon-fed just the right about of information to satisfy their curiosity while at the same time not arousing suspicion or fear. This leads to a false sense of security, which lulls the masses into complacency, which then becomes a vicious cycle.
I’m not a conspiracy theorist if that’s what you are thinking, I’m merely stating that I believe by remaining alert and being aware of the world around us we recognize and/or prevent the indiscretions of those who try and capitalize on the ignorance or complacency of others. I mean this in all aspects of life though, whether it is literature, politics, or whatever you feel strongly about, you have the right and the responsibility to make your voice heard. In my opinion, anything you find enlightening is worth being treasured and shared with others and if they don’t concur with you maybe it’s because they aren’t really aware of reality, refuse to acknowledge it, or they’re just plain ignorant.
Reality is darkness to some because it disturbs their misconceived perception of the world around them so they hide from it and choose to live in a semi-state of delusion where they’re more comfortable. I prefer to face life head on and revel in whatever I find enjoyable despite what others think and I refuse to back down or run away from any problem that may confront me in this life.
I truly believe that one person can make a difference by seeking knowledge of all things pertaining to the world we live in. There may be something in this knowledge that you believe will make a difference and if there is, sharing this knowledge with those who “follow the herd†may enlighten just one person who then understands that thinking objectively sheds a different light on what they previously may have mistaken for “the gospelâ€. I know this sounds weird because it’s hard for me to convey this emotional aspect.
I firmly believe that it is our responsibility to better ourselves and stand up against conformity and complacency; otherwise we will be the victims of our own design. I’m sure that there will be those who are disturbed or angered by my viewpoint and if you are that’s your right and I respect that. That’s basically what I’m getting at here, everyone has the right to think and believe in whatever they want as long as their rights aren’t infringing on someone else’s rights but at the same time they shouldn’t be persecuted for being different from the “normâ€.
On a positive note, it’s not all “doom and gloom†either, I believe that most of mankind is inherently good and for that I am thankful. However, one must always be conscious of the fact that it only takes one Hitler, Stalin, Hussein, or whomever to lead us all into utter chaos and that is why we should remain diligent. I would also like to add that I believe intelligence and understanding is the key to our future and any happiness we hope to find there. Violence accomplishes nothing, and in my opinion, is the indication of true ignorance.
Caveat:
I do not think my mission in life is to change the world nor do I have the misguided notion or desire to mislead anyone in any shape, form, or fashion. I just want people to use their given abilities of intelligence and understanding to better themselves so that we may become more cohesive as a society thereby becoming more acceptant to different cultures, viewpoints, beliefs, etc.
A Conversation With God... Yada’ means: “To know in a relational sense.†Yahweh is God’s personal name. It conveys “I Am†and “I Exist.†Therefore, Yada Yahweh is an invitation “to know Yahweh†and “to understand our existence.â€
My interpretation of this is; “To be at complete understanding of ourselves and in peace and harmony with the world we live inâ€.
God as an entity… I don’t really know; I’m just talking about the concept of peace.
My humble opinion of course…
My Opinion:
What people say or think, written or otherwise doesn’t really mean anything to me. It's what’s in their heart, what I can feel, or for that matter, it is entirely my personal reaction to life, the being of life, and the people that are the being of life. There isn’t any set form, fashion, or manner that life should be lived other than to know peace, respect your fellow man, and above all, respect yourself. Life is life, and it's what you make of it. We can write touching, short novellas to please the innocent populace because deep down I believe everybody, within reason, wants to be happy. We like to please people, but fuck it; we can’t, so do it with words that match your collective thoughts or somehow emulates your perspective and ideals. That would be our saving grace. That would be the answer to the question that everybody asks.

Psychic Vampires All my life, I have had feelings, be it good or bad, about certain individuals as soon as I was in their presence. Most in my opinion, don't realize they have the abilities they do or they could wreak havoc if they so desired. In not knowing, they can’t hone their abilities to achieve whatever itinerary they may have therefore placing them “on the fenceâ€, for the lack of a better metaphor. Others emanated a “purity of being†so to speak, that I instantly felt comfortable around. Lastly, others know what they have and can do. The innocents around these people who can't quite tune in to their own inner psyche can be victims who are robbed of energy or exploited to one degree or another, maybe to catastrophic consequences. Could this be evil in its purest form? The reason seemingly intelligent people get caught up in situations you’d think they, of all people, would have the intellect to know better? I guess I can answer that question myself because I know common sense and intelligence do not always go hand-in-hand. I've believed for years there was a form of Vampirism that fell outside the "Horror movie" stereotypes, something involving energy. Now I know the term that fits it best, psychic Vampirism.
