I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm 26, married, and the father of a wonderful 6 year-old son. I've been a student of Tibetan Buddhism for roughly six years and am passionate about my religion. After years of struggling as a writer and musician, I recently took up scientific glassblowing and am pursuing my associate's degree in that field. I am also studying math and physics in hopes of transfering those credits into a bachelor's program in observational astronomy. I do some astro-photography in my spare time. I'm not overly social but love nothing more than stimulating conversation, especially with someone who is passionate about what they know or do. I sometimes bore easily of activities or entertainment but am loyal (almost to a fault) to those I trust. While I'm still very close with my long-time friends, most have moved away and I'm interested in meeting some people and making relationships.

My Interests

Glassblowing, philosophy, science, Tibetan culture and religion, literature, film, and astronomy.
