Jaime is recognized as one of the premier personal health trainers in the United States. Jaime is nationally certified as a Health/Fitness instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Member of the 2006 President’s Council on Physical Fitness.
Jaime is the creator of the Fit15 Fitness Circuit which is a central part of the Virtual Training Program (VTP).
