Hello to all who is out there........
My name is Robby Black and Im a scopio and you know what they say about scorpio's...........lol.......I'm a lead guitarist who is taking a break from the music world for a while........i must concentrate on other areas of my life right now........in the mean time, i will be writing and recording some music of my own real soon, so please be patient with me, and i will put a band together when the time is right for it.......but now a little about me......the only rules i follow are there are no rules and only the god of my understanding can judge me when its my time to go........so zeroing in on the passions of my talent or the very existence of my well being was not always easy for me, along the way there were alot of mistakes made and alot of lessons learned and I must never forget where I came from, because it lets me know where ill be in the future........I play guitar for one reason and one reason only.......I enjoy it and Its what I do best.........I was born to and from the rock gods to play the guitar......I play from the heart and of my soul with every single note I hit dripping of sweat, sex, and emotion..........I knew very early on what I wanted to do with my life, drink more beer than the other guy {although I dont drink anymore, as i am in recovery for that} and play the most rudest, meanest, hard rock guitar around and did I mention loud....I must play it loudly...i like to feel the floor shake when i play........My motto is "if my ears aint ringing, it aint fucking loud enough"..........my influences vary from time to time, but I stay with the tried and true belief of the all-mighty riff and with the sounds I hear coming out of my Les Paul's and my Marshall stack.........I play with attitude and aggresion..........My weapons of choice are a: 1960 Gibson LesPaul Classic, 1990's Gibson Les Paul Standard, Hagstrom White Swede, Marshall JCM 2000 DSL 100 watt head, Marshall 1960AV with greenback speakers, Marshall BV with vintage 30 speakers, Shure UHF Wireless System, Furman Power, Korg rack tuner, Peterson strobe tuner, various effects pedals on the floor of which are: a ZW Cry Baby Wah, ZW Overdrive, MXR 10 band EQ, MXR Phase 90, Boss Super Chorus, Boss DD-5 Delay, Boss Octave, BBE Boost, Radial Hipshot EFX Loop, and stock Reverb on the amp head..............I will only ever use tube heads.....as I dont like solid state amps.........All in all, Im a tone inspired guitarist who has his wall of sound armed and ready to rock..........If you want to know more about me, then hit me up on here some time.....Although its not all of who i am today, Im still chasing my dream of rock and roll stardom...........
