About Me

SARAHPERSONALTRAINING.COM
Hi. I'm Sarah Brown, full time, professional model. I have a small sample of my work here n my myspace page. If you want to know more, just ask. p>
For photographers: I'm an experienced model. Modeling is my job, not my hobby. I do not accept TF* work. I take direction well, but I'm also comfortable with little direction. My experience is very diverse. I love modeling! Please contact me for rates and availability. p>
I'm also a certified personal trainer and a long distance runner. I've been a trainer for 5 years and I can do online customized programs to help you reach your goals. Contact me for info. I've been running most of my life and I'm very serious about it. I occasionally post about my training in my blog, but you can also follow my training on www.fitnessboard.net p>
On a personal note, I have been a runner most of my life. From the time I was 7 years old and ran in my first race I knew it was what I was meant to do. God gave me the gift of phenominal endurace, motivation and drive, and excellent mind-body communication. He held back a little when blessing me with speed, so I work hard on it. I believe it is very important for me to not waste my gift, but use it to the fullest extent to glorify God. I have had numerous setbacks in my running. Most recently was my Lyme's disease. I'm currently training for the sugarloaf marathon. If you want to follow my training, I keep a training log on www.fitnessboard.net p>I made this myspace background at
