..BIO BAND (Nederlands): .. BIO BAND : De band is ontstaan in April 2007 . De meeste bandleden hebben al samengespeeld in meerdere bands en het nodige geleerd, wat de strakheid nu zeker ten goede komt! De muziekstijl noemen wijzelf : Heavy-Groovy-B-Tuned-ThrashMetal. Bij ons kan alles, als het maar grooved en zwaar is. Bij de naam van de band moet je niet teveel nadenken. Het 1ste nummer dat we schreven noemde Brand New Mark en dat vonden we wel goed klinken , daarom hebben we deze als bandnaam genomen.In november 2008 is dan zanger Berto erbij gekomen en is de bal beginnen draaien , vanaf toen is BNM pas echt een band geworden en namen we de stap om een full-cd op te nemen. De cd is opgenomen in de grindhouse studio in tessenderlo en ziet op 15 mei 2009 het levenslicht! De titel van de cd is "gathering of chaos" en telt 9 nummers. De recenties zijn alvast lovend ! We hopen in 2009 en verder verscheidene podia af te schuimen en ons ding te doen, want op het podium komt BNM pas tot volle uiting! Repsect BNM BIO BAND (English):The band has started in April 2007, with the following band-members : Marco Profeta : guitar/backing vocals, Robin Henckens : drums, Kevin Schutters : Bass and Andre Quanten : lead-vocals. All band members have played in several bands and are a well oiled machine! We call our music " HEAVY-GROOVY-B-TUNED-METAL! Everything is possible for us, as long as it's HEAVY and GROOVY! The name of the band "BRAND NEW MARK" is simply chosen from the 1st song that we wrote in April 2007!It sounded good, and so we named the band "BRAND NEW MARK! Thats the only reason! In November 2008 we go seperate ways with Andre because of musical differences, and we found in Roberto Porco, a great metal-singer with more capacity and a great live-performance!It's also from then on that BNM is a real band!In this line-up we just record our first full-cd at the grindhouse-studio in Tessenderlo called "GATHERING OF CHAOS" and has 9 songs!We're very proud of the songs and the sound that Ivan has given us.It's just who we are anno 2009!We hope to play at many stages in 2009 and just do what we really wanna do : Kick some asses on stage, cause that's what Brand New Mark is about!
