I'm a multi-award winning screenwriter with seven scripts to my name.
I now have my own Internet screenwriting show, "The Writers Bloc" , on Virtual Channel Network, presented by Breakdown Services in cooperation with the Hollywood Reporter.
My sci-fi feature screenplay, "GeNome", placed in the Top 10% of all scripts entered in the 2007 Nicholl Fellowships competition.
GeNome also won the Gold Remmi Award in the sci-fi category of the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival .
The comedy, "The Man with the Package", which I co-wrote with Kitty Kavey , won the deadCenter Film Festival screenplay competition and won Second Place in the 2006 All Access Screenwriting Competition .
The revisionist western, "East Meets Western", also co-written with Kitty Kavey, won Second Place in the 2nd Annual FirstGlance Feature Screenplay Competition.
The film I wrote, " Smashing Stereotypes ," was accepted into ten film festivals and picked up for distribution by Echelon Entertainment. Smashing Stereotypes is a short film based on the true story of an Asian actor and the stereotypes he faces in Hollywood. Smashing Stereotypes is now available at Amazon.com and Netflix .
I am also a Program Director for Scriptwriters Network Foundation , a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization created by writers for writers, and I moderate the North Hollywood Screenwriters Meetup Group .
