Artek of 606 Ent. Music//Groundcrew

Artek is 1/2 of the production team "GROUNDCREW" with THE PACIFICS' member K.P. He has been producing tracks ever since 1990 and has been DJ'n since 1986. Musical Influence range from Jazz, Soul, R&B, Funk, Hip Hop, Deep House, Rock, and Experimental. In 1996, he released his first Deep House E.P. under the moniker "Projekt p.m. under GUIDANCE RECORDINGS called "When The Voices Come" which became an international club hit making it to charts all over the world. By this point, he has already made his way as an international DJ, DJ'n all over the US from Hawaii all the way to Spain & even Philippines. In 1998, Artek started up 606 Entertainment, an urban promotions company promoting weekly events and live shows at different venues throughout the city. These days, Artek spends most of his time making tracks for different groups, Scoring for T.V. and Movies, Remixes, as well as Sound Engineering and promoting his 606 Events.
