Pakorn & Shon Roka presents "BATTLE ANYWEAR" Something for the people to rock for the elements of hip hop.
Last year 2006 BATTLE ANYWEAR a 2-day event took place on April 15th and 16th. It was a $3000.00 Breakdance (5 to 7 members) competition with 1st and 2nd place prizes. Also featured a 1 on 1 for $500.00 and some of the nice back to back exhibtions featuring LAW vs. WAKA, CRACKERS ZACKS vs. BLACK ATTACK, JOLEE vs. NERY, EVOL vs. DVS, SHORTY BRICK vs. MINNESOTA JOE plus FRANKIE...
So it was many cities in the building of Cicero Stadium. Hosted by Franko Deleon (www.francodeleon.com) and Anacron (LAB/BHZ). Judges featured some of the most respected in the element and they also showcased their skills. At the event you could also purchase some of the freshest gear from other cities that set up booths to supply high demand.
Clothing lines such as PANIC, NOVEM, NEWBWEAR, and ARMORY show there nice variety of styles. BATTLE ANYWEAR also provided some fresh of the press gear for the fitting event. It was a great turn out for both days, even being that one day was Easter. But all families made the most and the vibe was excellent.
Last but not least the Djs: BOY WONDER, E DOUBLE, SEK UNO, and of course BATTLE ANYWEARS very own provide selected beats for those hard running exhibtions. With that said once again it was one of the best jams of 2006.
