Well let's see...I'm a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend. I've had my share of drama freaks in my life, but they are long gone. I couldn't be happier with my life right now. I have the best man any woman could want for 12 years now and been married to him for 8. Together we have the 3 most wonderful children. Although there have been struggles we always manage to get where we are going. I wouldn't change a thing.There are, of course, those who cannot accept that some people just have everything they want and need without trying to put them down. I have found over the years that those who try to claim I am something I am not are miserable with what they have. I find it very sad.The best people are those that are there for you no matter what. They never try to "one up" your problems or make you feel inferior. They simply are there when you need them. That's the kind of person I strive to be, no matter what the miserable ones try to say.

Celery and Garbage Disposals Do Not Mix

My poor husband, he was really trying to be helpful. LOL Unfortunately, he made things worse. Men, never put whole stalks of celery down the garbage disposal! Chris will now have to pull the pipes...

Overwhelmed

So today was Grandma's funeral. I was acting Worthy Matron for the Eastern Star service and soloist for the funeral. I also ended up as the officiating clergy as for some reason the funeral director...
