Putting together a mixture containing flexible skills, flowing rhymes and at least 100% pure dedication – Cap.Z is what you created. Born 02/17/1986 the munich native early starts to spit his sharptounged flows in english. In 1995 the 9 year old starts putting his thoughts into foreign languages, getting help from his grandfather. At the beginning of his school years in southern Bavaria, it quickly became apparent that he was, in fact, an exceptional kid – spending his off-school-time playing basketball where he lead his prepsport leagues in scoring for years. A bad knee injury ended his short career. At that point, he shifted his attention back to his favorite offcourt thing – writing lyrics, filled with his thoughts and views of the world he was faced everyday. Enhancing his poetical skills – he soon was sure enough that his rapid-fire cadence, soulful sound and energy packed presence will be recognized by many people, he teamed up with his friend from kindergarten days Future DaVinci, who is now his producer. A little stepped back, almost not realized by the society around him, he started putting his mastermind lyrics onto his producers newest beats. “The Grand Split Family” was born – a group of rappers and singers. Frustrated with failed attempts to land a record deal as a group, they collectively decided to go separated ways again. Cap.Z asked 3 of the artists to stick with him and his work and formed a new underground project named “The Rawcotikz”. DoloDo, Ian aka King Preez and the young vocalist Clara agreed to work with it and soon they started to collect some stage-experiences, hosting clubnights and throwing parties in some of the hottest clubs of munich. Due to arguments inside the project, Cap.Z decided he would have a better chance to go on with his project if he would be a solo act. Although the former Rawcotikz members still talk a lot, Cap joined the producer J. F.. They founded the record label Supa Nova International Ltd.. Before he could work on his label plans, the young rapper went to Los Angeles in early 2006 to shoot his first solo campaign music video for the single „Cream of the crop“. After a few more events in and around munich he produced his first solo album “Capertoire” which will be out soon.
