Injury update |
Well I can now walk with a really bad limp thanks to half a tube of deep heat and some pain killers!! hopefully I will be okay to play indoor cricket on Monday night.

Damn sporting injuries |
Well today I played my first game of outdoor cricket for the season after not playing for a few years...it lasted 15 mins before i injured myself whilst batting and was unable to walk :( damn injuries
