I love to Scrapbook! I love to cook, and knit and just hang out with my friends. I love to travel and I do alot of that. I go on vacations with my family and friends. I try to go on at least on girl vacation a year. No men No kids, just us girls. I have been to Scottland, Mexico, all over the United States. I am only missing two states to have been to all of them. My next big trip looks like Ireland with a girl friend or Scottland again but this time with the family.
The number one person I would like to meet is The Rock. Even though I don't think I could actually talk to him through all the drool coming out of my mouth but I sure would love to give it a try. The next person I would like to meet isn't really just one person it is a whole family. I would love to meet Dog the Bounty Hunter and his family. Talk about good people. There are a lot more I would love to meet but those are my top two.
I like pretty much everything, if it has a good beat that I can dance to then I like it. My cd collection has everything from hip hop to classical.
My favorite movie of all time is Gone With The Wind, followed by a close second The Notebook. Gone with the Wind is my fav because of the clothes. I was born in the wrong era. The Notebook however is the greatest love story of all time. Also The Village. I know it is not a scary movie but it was a great love story.
CSI, NCIS, Body of Evidence, American Justice, Project Runway, America's Next Top Model, Dead Like Me,Grays Anatomy,Top Chef, Dog the Bounty Hunter and the best is MEN IN TREES!!!! Drool.
I am reading a wonderful author that totally challenges my mind. He is diffently an author that does not dumb down his book for average intellagence, you may have to look up a lot of words in any of his books. His name is GREGORY MAGUIRE. He rewrites fairy tales that we grew up with and makes them more realistic and for Adults not childeren. I am on his forth book right now, Mirror Mirror. The flip verson of snow white. Check him out he will blow your mind.
My heroes in my life are my mom, dad and my husband. My mom has taught me what true strength is really all about. She has always been there for me no matter what. Even when she was working, she made it to every play I was in and every school event I had. She has even quit a few jobs because they wouldn't give her the time off to be there for us kids. She always said "I was looking for a job when I found this one and I will found another one when I leave". She taught me when you have your priorities straight everything will fall into place. My dad has taught me to never say anything you don't mean and to always stand up for what you believe in. If you don't stand up for what you in believe in no one will. Not always the easiest road however it is the most personally rewarding. My husband has taught me what it truly means to be brave. Facing your fears and not backing down, that is what he has taught me. My husband has also taught me how to laugh at myself. If you can't laugh at your own mistakes then you shouldn't laugh at anyone else’s. These are the heroes in my life, I wouldn't be who I am today without them.
