Well, I finally did it. I moved to LA! I felt it was time to take a risk and that's exactly what I am doing! I have fallen in love with acting. I am just settling down now to this whole new culture people call Los Angeles. I am here doing acting/modeling and trying to have a little fun on the side. I am very approachable, love to meet everyone and have a great time doing it. My pet peeve is cocky and stuck-up people! I was a pre-dental and communications major at Texas Tech. I want to be a dentist but have to get into dental school first. I have been modeling for Abercrombie for a little while, but now just trying to focus on dental school. This past semester and summer has been a whirlwind for me. First off, I finally graduated from the wonderful Texas Tech University. It is about time for me graduate and stop giving Tech my money. I have had some really good luck acting as of lately. I got an agent. I auditioned, booked, shot, and am watching my first commercial on tv. It is only regional but if the commercial does well (which it has) then it could go national. I went to an acting and modeling competition in april. I did really well in modeling, but actually won Best Overall Adult Male Actor. I won a full scholarship to another acting and modeling convention in Orland this July which was amazing. I ended up getting lucky and was a finalist in 5 of the 8 events I entered in. So now my agent thought it was time for me to make the trip to LA and here I am! After graduation, I was a manager at Abercrombie for the summer before I moved here to LA. I have had an amazing semester and summer and cannot wait to see what the future holds for me. I am still planning on going to dental school, but I figured I would try acting out (like everyone else in the world) while I am waiting to hear from dental schools.
