I’m a single mom of 3 WONDERFUL sons! For many years, a yellin', screamin', hootin' and hollerin' from the sideline's kind of Mom. Sports & more sports. Who'd have ever thunk it? Also as well ~ to be honest, from time to time, a peekin' through the fingers kind of Mom when it came to Martial Arts and Wrestling. These son's of mine have kept me on my toes in the best kind of way. Somehow, always managing to stay one step ahead of them at all times. Being their Momma is the greatest accomplishment, I could have ever dreamed of achieving! Absolutely NOTHING compares. "MY SON'S ARE ~ WHAT I DID RIGHT IN LIFE". Northern Virginia native. Born and raised in Alexandria ~ referred to, as: L.A. ~ Lower Alexandria, to those of us who have always lived here. Went to Hayfield & Groveton High Schools. An only child. Don't mind time alone. Actually at times, require it. On the other hand, I’m a Gemini and definitely sit right in the middle of that dual role personality fence. Can be very loud and obnoxious with the best of em'. Depends on my mood. For the most part though, I roll through life quietly, laid back, easy-goin’, nothin’ much ruffling my feathers, not bothering anyone ~ unless my children are messed with, then there's a definite problem. Otherwise, I’m always “coolâ€. I’m a believer in trusting a person’s word. I loathe malicious teasing of others and being lied to. I always root for the underdog. I don’t believe in regretting the past, things happen for a reason ~ for which, we may not understand at the time or is just beyond our control ~ (who knows?) and well, our past makes us who we are, now doesn't it? I’ve had some fantastic experiences and have met wonderful people, as well ~ have learned some very hard lessons along the way too. I do **DEEPLY WISH** that some things were done and had turned out differently, but all in all, I turned out a better person because of them and all you can do in life, is "just keep livin". I love Southern Rock, gardening and crafting. Quilts -- the more the better. Cut-off’s, T-shirt’s, flip-flops and sunglasses on top my head, that’s me.
