TUESDAY
1. Carne guisada
Stewed beef in a thick gravy, with hearty chunks of potato and carrots. $7.95
2. Pollo al horno
Whole free range chicken, massaged with sofrito, baked until golden on the outside, but still juicy on the inside. $8.95
3. Chuletas Pork chops, stewed in a red sauce with bell peppers and onions. $7.95
WEDNESDAY
1. Bistec encebollado
Thinly sliced steak, marinated in onions, garlic and olive oil. $8.95
2. Arroz con pollo
Red rice cooked together with free range chicken. $7.95
3. Ensalada de bacalao
Salted codfish, shredded and served with chunks of potato, hard boiled eggs, onion, bell peppers and avocado, topped with olive oil. $8.95

1. Bacalao guisado
Stewed salted codfish in a red sauce with bell peppers, onions, and chunks of potato. $8.95
Pork chops, stewed in a red sauce with bell peppers and onions. $7.95
