I have completely screwed up my sleeping schedule for over a year now & doubt that i will get it back on track anytime soon.

Every time i look in a mirror i find a new flaw with myself.
I have a lot of trouble taking a compliment.
not everyone's opinion matters to me. everyone starts with my respect, but once you lose it, it is almost impossible to gain it back. it is harder to gain my full trust, but once you do, don't abuse it.
no one knows where life will take them, we just have to hope that its down a happy path.
