Having been brought up in Bhutan by Taoist monks, i was trained in the art of goat and yak herding from a young age, and acclimatised to the high altitude of the Himalayas.From the age of 12, I joined a troop of Sherpas and became the youngest person ever to ascend K2.Bored of my mountaineering exploits, I emigrated to Hartlepool where I hung monkeys for 3 years, before training in astrophysics at Salford University.On graduating, I spent 3 years working with NASA in Florida- before returning to London, England to become a gibbon trainer at London Zoo.
