Lion and Elephant

Lion and Elephant grew up on a game reserve in the Western United states. In their youth, they escaped and began an adventure together. As they like to say, they are "off the res", and enjoying their freedom. Their music and lyrics, particularly Rap, reflect the hardships that they endured while growing up and on the road. Their first recordings were done in Chicago in 2001. Lion and Elephant Rap is the crowning jewel of the first sessions. However, it is not representative of their entire body of work. The remainder reflects their positive outlook and the joy they have found, even in the face of the challenges of living as large, wild animals in society.Lion and Elephant now reside in rural illinois. They have no immediate plans to release any additional material.
