Kill Devil Hill

About Me

This band was formed by friends who used to play music together in the mid-'90s in Tennessee (Knoxville, to be exact, and the band was called Leaf), we broke up in the late '90s and then we got back together a few years ago. We'll probably keep this band together (even though we still fight all of the time) and its probably b/c we are rarely together.
The band is Matt Allen (East Coast), Rick Tiller and Jay Daniel (West Coast) We have had a bunch of different drummers in the past but Jeff Brown is now our drummer...FOR THE FUTURE! And Tim Mason.
The first record was recorded 2006 at "La Jolla Garage Studios" in Los Angeles by Rick Tiller and Joey Yarmoluk and at "32 1/2 Studios" on Isle of Palms by Matt Allen. Mastered at Audio Park in Denver Colorado by Eric Allen of the Apples in Stereo and Park. The self titled record IS AVAILABLE NOW ON ITUNES.
We are already "hard at work" on our second record, and I assume some new songs will start to show up here early June '08. At this point I would say we are 3/4 of the way there.
A farty thanks to Kevin Armbruster and Tim Mason for stepping up and playing drums on several songs on the first record. Also, to Bob Clouse for the nifty and fantastic artwork.
