'Schlam!' girl #1

I am here for Friends

About Me

I really wish wish wish i had pure pre-raphaelite hair... actually I'd rather like to just look like one of the pre-raphaelite ladies as they were full of a kind of interesting beauty, like quite manly features but still managing to look lush with it?
There is nothing I would like more than to become Ursula the Sea Witch.

I really fancy Frank Turner he is NOT the most attractive man I have ever met. This crown has now been given to TOM who is far more deserving and wonderful =]. Due to both of these beautiful boys I have developed an absurd preoccupation (read: obsession) with lush, sweaty men (Tom ;) ;) i bloody love you). Mmm sweat. Can I slip and slide on you TOM please?
my#is.07790046424.remember it. I get very angry at people who make promises and break them, or arrangements. and people who ignore problems. THRASH IT ALL OUT!x
I sort of wish i had a wart at the moment - have you seen the ads for those wart freezing sprays? they look like fun.
I don't tend to like anything with more than two legs. most of the things with two legs i also don't like.
I love bill bryson and his witty travel writing!
And also yankee candles. they is LUSSSHHHH.
Me and Sophy and Sophie's LIST OF THINGS TO DO AT WORK...
1. GIVING PEOPLE PENS THAT DON'T WORK DELIBERATELY. This is actually so much fun!
2. NOT CLICKING PENS READY. So that they fumble trying to get it to write when it's unclicked, and then you be really patronising and SHOW them how it works.
3. GUESSING GAY COUPLES. Trying to figure out if they are gay or just friends is great fun. It's ace in the great Heighley Gate too, because there are a LOT of gay couples come to garden centres...
4. LAUGHING AT FAT KIDS and charv families. You see loads and it's funniest when you're sharing a till with someone, obviously =>
5. COUNT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE wearing hideous fleeces (extra points for COUPLES with matching fleeces!), or the people with beards or moustaches, and of course the gingers... Do it all day and keep a silent tally in your head.
6. BE SUPER THANKFUL when they give you the money or their card, looking into their eyes like you really care and thank them really sincerely, just 'feralaugh'. "Thank you sooo much..." I think nodding should be employed too.
7. PUT ON DIFFERENT ACCENTS for each customer. Obviously this isn't possible for when you know them or when the boss or other people who know you are around, but just put on a really bad scouse accent, to see their reaction.
8. MUMBLE UNDER YOUR BREATH and generally pretend to be a bit insane to see customers reaction - this is another one just for alone times.
9. PLAYING THE ALPHABET GAME. This is for THE DULLEST TIMES ONLY, a last resort kind of thing. Play with workmates, but only on the things sold in your particular shop.
10. SAY RUDE WORDS IN ORDINARY SENTENCES. hahahaha.
NOW WHAT WE HAVE TO DO IS COLLECT MORE THINGS SO WE NEVER GET BORED AT WORK AGAIN! HELP US!
My LUSH friends:
I love them, a lot =D Here are a few of the best...
Sophie Harrigan: I love her. A lot =] she is pretty damn perfect for a friend, and best of all she has the same size feet as me! So I can borrow her shoes, of which there is a sizeable collection. I love that she bothered to get myspace after I was nagging her and that she's said nice things about me on it too =D
Anna: Is lovely =D The way she gets so involved in things makes me laugh, and her highly dramatised adaptations and her EXPRESSIVE eyebrows! =O Sophie Towers: Makes me laugh SO much. She's actually really perfect to talk to about anything, we have the best chats sometimes. She's always friendly, and happy, but if she's not it's lush to talk lots to her and when we talk about our stressed-ness and exams she really calms me down. She also has the most beautiful baby sister Bella, who I love and makes me want a baby.
Vicky: Is one of the nicest people I've EVER met. She's amazing (and SO apologetic) and she'll have a reet chat on, and I love how easily excitable she is. She makes me happy.
Sophie Woods: lovely, beautiful and I love her so much.
MAYNARDZZZ! You're lush. I haven't said that in far too long. You're a perfect walking partner and to be with you amuses me no end. "y dnt u go 4 sum1 else coz he'll neva d8 u" Hahahahahahahahaaa
Emma =D I think you deserve a mention too. Top eyebrow buddies, no? I think so honey.
Jennifer "Woof" Gorman; otherwise known as JenG or Snuffles, is one of the most fabulous people I have ever known. We are actually far too similar - it's ridiculous, we just come out with exactly the same things and we get each other into our little phrases. We both BUZZ for tea, and Symphony Orchestra, every day she makes me so much happier and I'm so glad I ever found someone like her. I know that no matter what else goes wrong, I'll always have Jenny to fall back on and she'll always understand. She makes me happy beyond belief.
Marf Y2K7 "Lady Sovereign" Bostock; is beautiful, the one mate you've always got who EVERYONE invariably fancies. You know, she's like Harry Potter to my Ron Weasley, if we must put a wizarding reference in. However, she's absolutely wonderful, and if she weren't, I'd hate her - She was my room buddy all through italy, we buzzed and =('d together; but all the time it was excellent. Even when she did outshine me every day =)
Capper: is being a knob at the moment.
My Tom Cupid: i love Tom. I met him at leeds fest 07. We then had the best weekend ever and moaned about how we couldn't see each other for about a month and a half afterwards (he lives 4 hours drive away)... then we quit moaning about it and did something =] so in october half term after much parental persuasion on my part he was permitted to come and stay with me and my parents (buzzing) for a couple of days. it was lovely we had a SUPER time didn't we? i don't know what else to say. everything we did was awesome, it was a lovely lovely weekend. he met a proportion of my friends and they liked him lots =] Verena bloody loved him =]
But you know what i love him more. I really bloody love my thomas alexander bailey. xx
I also hate my job.
LOVE YOU ALL =D =D
