I am here for Friends

About Me

I like to surround myself with people that I can learn from -- whether booksmart or worldly. I'm witty, intelligent, love to dance, karaoke, travel, tempt fate, attempt crazy things (car-surfing?), have new adventures, eat, cook, drink, laugh and above all, have intelligent conversations. I despise manipulative, arrogant, negative and whiny people, and I'm on a mission to convert them....

My Interests

Magic, dancing, singing, laughing, kayaking, snowboarding, surfing, cooking, eating, juggling, playing the piano and flute, paint-by-number, TV, intelligent conversation, travel, imbibing spirits.

I'd like to meet:

Passionate people. Speaking of which, I guess the big JC is up there, Shakespeare, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, and on a lighter note: Bono, Kenneth Branagh, Colin Farrell, Julia Roberts, Charlize Theron, Queen Latifah, Robin Williams, Ellen, Oprah, etc.

Music:

Anything with a beat...even House and Techno for a short while. Overall, hip-hop, Latin, Top 40, and girly love songs. Shout out to U2!

Movies:

Shawshank Redemption, Crash, The Usual Suspects, Thelma & Louise

Television:

My life away from my real one...Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Prison Break, 24, Nip/Tuck, Gilmore Girls, House, Lost, Alias, Will & Grace, Friends, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, What About Brian, General Hospital...can't think of anymore...TV rots the brain.

Books:

"The Why Cafe." Outstanding. Making my way to try and read "The DaVinci Code," "5 Love Languages," "Tipping Point," and Robbins.

Heroes:

Anyone who has overcome adversity with grace and discipline and does not whine about it. Survivors.

Memory
