The Pantheon

About Me

PAN: the whole; THEON: concerning the gods

Stories are important. They teach us about who we are and who we want to be and help us to understand the motivations of others.

At first, this page centered around the stories of gods and goddesses of ancient Greece. The drama of human love and suffering, pleasure and pain, bonding and loneliness are immortal. We use stories, allegories, metaphors to grapple with these facets of human existence. The Pantheon now welcomes all stories of eternal human nature, all explorations of what is meaningful and why we make the choices that we do, including the "mistakes."

I will periodically raid the pages of my friends for stories about their god/dess of choice and post these in my blogs (crediting the page of origin, of course).

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Feel free to post a story or some gossip on your favorite deity.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of the pages below are role-playing characters. Please respect those marked "RP" and send friend requests only if you are ready to play.

To RP with The Pantheon: Treat this page as a physical location, a sanctuary housing the essence of the gods and a place of refuge and repose where you may be bathed and oiled, rest on soft sheets, meet friends, leave messages or post notices. If you would like to host a party here, send a message to that effect.
