Hello, my name is Nathan Chase and I have designed this page to illustrate to my friends, and also potential clients to view my work. I am a professional graphic designer, I am also a published photographer and writer. I have two bachelors degrees, one an English degree in Creative Writing and another in Business Administration with am emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Multi-Media Production.
PHOTORGAPHY : .
My primary photographic passion is for nature and landscape photography. Which is illustrated in many of my photographs, all of which are available as signed prints. I also do bridals and engagements (more information on prints and weddings available in blog). I have also done modeling portfolios. As of recently, over the last three years I began to take equine conformation and profile shots, presenting the best possible images. I also photograph seminars and conferences. I have been fortunate enough to take photos for the last three consecutive Kentucky Derby’s. With opportunities offered to me though the family business, I have been able to attend such events and photograph moguls, NBA, NFL and Hollywood royalty all in attendance. I do work a lot with a professional hair and make-up stylist, certified in skin and hair. Her contact information is available upon request and additional charges will apply for her talents.
GRAPHIC DESIGN : .
Daily I work as a Graphic Design Specialist and head of Marketing of a global organization in the equine industry. With locations in Utah, Kentucky, Texas and very soon in Australia.
Advertising, I personally design and execute one to six page ad spreads in five national and international magazines on a monthly basis. I am very experience in most aspects of graphic design and marketing.
logo design, designing logos to represent separate multi-million dollar entities. My logo design has lead me to assisting in small business launching, designing logos, letterhead, business cards, websites
Web design, working mostly in Flash, HTML, XHTML, and CSS. Interactive websites with explosive intros are my specialties. I have also assisted in the creation of website databases.
Photo Retouching & Enhancement, I am able to manipulate photographs, removing unwanted objects from photos and enhancing to present perfect images. In my industry, some jobs require piecing together of several photographs to create flawless works.
Video Editing, I am also capable of editing video, adding sound, music and menus to create fully interactive DVDs to assist companies in the power selling products and ideas, with the powerful medium of video.
WRITING : .
As mentioned earlier, I am a published writer and poet. I have been published in several poetry anthologies. I have also written University recognized poems under the direction of some of the greatest professors. I graduated with high honors in creative writing, in which an honor cord was given. I have currently and for the past eleven years been writing my first novel for publication, the manuscript title is Beneath the Ashes of the Vallance Estate. I also have experience writing descriptive articles on locations for publication.
