Revive the Redheads

About Me

Revive the Redheads was started by two sisters back in Toronto in 2003. Having always played music, it was surprising that Jess and Alexis parted ways in 2004 to study photography and film. It was not surprising, however, that by fate or coincidence they ended up living under the same roof only a few years later and collaborating on music together again-but this time living and breathing it. Ever since 2007 Revive the Redheads have been writing and composing for their highly anticipated album, Heirloom, a collection of 10 out of over 35 original songs. Pushing sound experimentation beyond mainstream limitations, this album will be their most diverse yet, touching upon themes such as as mortality, politics, love, regret, past, present and future. Also joining them on this record are talented musicians cellist Amber Walton-Amar, sound artist Raph Choi and guitarist Chris Leitch of Analog Bell Service. Header Banner Made with MyBannerMaker.com!
