About Me

Recession Of Mind was formed in Kingston Ontario, Canada, in 2006, by close friends, Justin Kennedy, Adam Brown and Shaun Riley. From funk, jazz, metal, hardcore punk and sombre ballads, Recession Of Mind is a melting pot of musical energy and influences. The band plans to play live as much as possible, as well as release new material on Justin and Shaun's own Killer Granny Records. Please note that this site is aimed at a 'garage/basement sound' Most, if not all of these recordings are 'low' to 'no' budget! This space is devoted to people who like raw sounds and anything but perfection.
