About Me

.. Layout Provided By LayoutsPlus.com - Browse LayoutsIncorporeal a new metal band goes way back to with Ruel (Former vocalist), Marco Pimintel and Abi Crooc (guitars), Vic Vicente (Former Bassist) and Louis Casambre III (drums) in their college days.Influenced by Sepultura, Tool, Snot, Slipknot, Deftones, APC, Beatles and Ill Nino. We started playing, July 2003 in Rock to Metal in Mandaluyong (wala na sarado na). After a year, Ruel moved and we were crippled by this. In addtion to that, Louis had to work in the call center.By 2005, Waheed "Weed" Aljaralah (our present vocalist) joined Incorporeal. We now struggle to produce our own orginals, yet the struggle was extremely hard. Though we got back into playing in minor gigs and house parties to keep us in the game (Tangina, puro nga lasingan ang ngyayari sa amin eh hehehe:).Our first original, Hopeless Prayer which was written by Louis and Weed, was completed sometime in 2005. The song is about a soul's struggle to find his peace, but cannot find it.Rommel Dedeles a friend of Weed was invited to join the band as a second vocalist. This was the start of the evolution of the band from plain cover band to an original composing underground band (hindi na kami mga pipichuging banda!). But the tragedy to this is that Victor had to quit the band as he had to focus on school. But Rommel was able to convince Elis (our current bassist) to join the band. There is little detail we can give you about Elis because he doesn't really speak that much.Three new compositions came in by mid 2006 and a re-make of a song by the Beatles. These are Blues, False and Mirrorika. Blues is, well obviously has blues rhythm to it, which some how talks about a life of misery and poverty, portraying it in a somehow comic way.False, a very interesting one, this was initially composed by Rommel(former vocalist) and some ideas came from Weed. This song talks about people believing a false god, imaginary doctrine and hypocrisy. With a funky and reggae twist to it, it's really fun to listen and play to.Mirrorika, we'll give you an update on it ni-rerevise pa kasi ni weed heheheh.Along the way we met Oshni Janoras who became our Percussionist and finalized the touch of the band. Now we are regularly playing for Flower Duet Productions in their gigs. Thought there is much more to come, we'll just announce it. Peace out!
