When you are buying beats you have the option to purchase the beat with Non Exclusive Rights vs Full Exclusive Rights. Buying the exclusive rights means that you as a legal person own the the rights to the entire beat/beats production, which means that no one else can buy it or use it. With these rights you can use it for your demo game or for any commercial work or whatever, it up to you but with one minor exception. YOU CAN NOT SELL THE BEATS TO A THIRD PARTY WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMISSION The Non Exclusive Rights means that the beats can be purchased several times. When purchasing a beat from the Beat Factory you automatically agree to these legal statements. We do also reserve us the right to not take any responsibility for sampled material, if you get a record deal, you are responsible to clear the rights of any sampled material.
