Influences: I love music as a whole, so my influences are going to vary. I bump anything from old school r&b, such as curtis mayfield, willie hutch, the isley brothers, and the gap band, to rap/hip-hop such as u.g.k., lil scrappy, eightball & m.j.g., twista, e-40, 2pac, and jay-z. As long as it has a good bass line it can get play in my system. I can't forget rick james, prince, jodeci, h-town, and silk.
Sounds Like: I would say Sonny's Boy has a very unique style and flow. His voice and delivery is not like any other mc. Most of the beats and production are "dirty south" style, but not all tracks. As a listener you would enjoy this underground artist.
