How many times have I filled out one of these? Who knows anymore, so why not another one?
I graduated in December 2006 with a B.S. in Instructional Design & Technology, and a minor in Business Administration. It definitely feels good to be done with college! I must admit, I've enjoyed my time in Chico, but I really want to head back to my hometown, San Diego. I'm currently working for Butte College as an Internet Consultant/Web Developer. It's that time in life now where I must go out into the world and make something of myself. I just don't know if I'm ready for it yet, but here goes nothing...
My hobbies include sports, computers, the outdoors, photography, movies, music, and traveling. I've been to many places all over the world, most recently western Europe. I'm a huge baseball fanatic, followed closely by football (die-hard San Diego sports fan!). I always like going to the movies. It's a great way to relax and have fun for a couple hours. When it comes to music, I tend to like many different genres. Sometimes I'm in the mood for trance, other times ambient; it tends to vary. In general, I'm mostly into rock and anything upbeat.
If there's anything you want to know about me, don't hesitate to ask. I'm always up for a good conversation.
Some things you may not know about me:
- I was raised in the church, so religion is the biggest aspect of my life, and I'm not ashamed to say it. I like symphony music. The classical stuff is always cool, and I've been turned on to some modern-age symphony remixes, such as Bond. I also recently discovered the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Excellent music. I also like just about any violin and piano music. Hence my passion for the likes of Yellowcard, Something Corporate, Vanessa Mae and Bond. I love a good Pinot Noir. Husch's 2003 is currently my favorite. I'm a very quiet individual, and I usually keep to myself. I've never had a problem with solitude; in fact I kinda enjoy it. Don't get me wrong, I love hanging out with my friends, I just seem to have that loner mentality sometimes. I have good hands, which equals having a superior ability to give back massages. You just gotta be lucky and catch me in a good mood, and more than likely you'll get one. In my opinion, I'm one of the calmest people you'll ever meet. I have an uncanny ability to keep my cool, even under the most harrowing of situations. I'm a really big fan of Cafe del Mar and Buddha Bar albums. If you've never heard them before, have no fear. I can always send you samples. I've come to like Absinthe, and finally, after 80 years of being banned, it's legal again! Here's to the Green Fairy!
