My name is Kat - and I produce under the name of Skatz Productions.
My passion for music began at a young age, learning to read music and play the piano at 8, having singing lessons throughout school and creating music electronically began at 14.
I love to have no limits on my creativity, and love the feeling I get when I create a piece of music that makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. My ultimate goal in life is to create a piece of music that people can listen to over and over, that will still have the same effect on the 30th time of listening to, as it did the first.
I work within the hip hop/grime genre, but do occasionally like to go a little left of centre. You will hear these from time to time... but they are rare :).
I am unsigned, with no manager. I produce all the music for Skatz Productions and promote it mainly on myspace.
