About Me

I was Born in South America, Lima-Peru, where I have been introduced to various genres and styles of music. Picked up the guitar at early age "borrowing" my friend's guitar. My true musical career started at age 14 playing for the band in military school "Leoncio Prado" in Peru at lunch hours, before movie times, going outside to different schools and states representing the institution, practicing guitar instead of physical and combat training; in fact, the band was the only reason why I joined the military school; that's when I realized how much music and playing meant to me... Studied and played guitar in several bands playing hard and pop rock since '84 originally in Long Island, NY and New Jersey. Moved to FL playing in a country/rock band "Silverado" for three years Played and toured with R&B and funk band in Europe. Toured in Asia and the Islands with Pop band No Mercy. Have played in almost every club in South Florida (O'Hara's, Dicey Rileys, Mangos, Briny, Murphy's Law, Tarpon Bend, Lulu's, Bermuda Triangle, Club Boca, Porter House, Honky Tonks, Davie Junction, Gigi's, Jazid, Macarena, Martini Bar, etc, etc, any restaurant that has a stage or not, ...) and events with many artists including Nicole McCloud, Caesar's Jade, Chiara Machado, Rina Miranda, Brian Gonzales, Ms Monique, Chic, 9V, among others and with my 80's rock band "Flashback" , performed with my acoustic duo/trio "The Kindreds" for a few of years and have performed in big band and combo jazz events. I am currently playing "club dates" every week with 7/9 piece band Debbie Taylor & Standing Ovation .And as a solo artist around FL. I studied music performance at Broward College then continued and earned a Bachelor's of Music in Commercial Music at Florida Atlantic University where I had the opportunity to study with great teachers and meet/jam with cool players . I own a professional recording studio where I will be focusing in producing my music and helping artists (writers and performers) who have talent and the desire to make it i the Music Industry.......
